House of Revelation

House of Revelation – Ede

House of Revelation is an international church in Ede. Our services are held in English. You are very welcome to join from 10:15am at “De Stek” each Sunday. We begin with tea and coffee followed by our Sunday service. We provide light refreshments after the service for a time of fellowship.

We are a New Covenant church. We believe in the power of the written word to transform lives, in the power of the Holy Spirit to heal, teach and empower us, and in the work of the body and blood of Jesus Christ in the covenant to sanctify us.

On Sundays we value worship, the Word of God and community. We allow time and make space, so the presence of God can be experienced during worship. We explore the depths of the Bible together and how the now word of God carries transformative power. We expect to see the love of God outworked in our community and beyond.

Children are fully part of House of Revelation. As a church we foster an atmosphere of faith and expectancy in the children for God to meet with them. Our desire is not only for the children know about God, but for them to encounter and experience him through the Holy Spirit.

The children stay for the worship, before going to their activities. The kids work is in Dutch or English, for children aged 2-12 years old. Teenagers can stay in the service.

Vision

The Church represents Christ here on earth. We seek first the kingdom of God and its righteousness, through unity, community and the love and power of the Holy Spirit. We focus on building people up to be like Jesus Christ in themselves and this be manifest in their lives. We want to see nations touched through the body of Christ and the kingdom of God expanded.

We live from our identity as “sons” in Christ, and we seek to do each other good. Our desire is for believer to embrace the journey that leads to maturing in Christ and then discipling others to achieve the same goal. Through our union with Christ and one another we move forward together to experience transformation. Our dual focus is building community and equipping.

Discipleship

We are called to be partakers of the divine nature of God. We grow in our understanding and experience of the Father’s love, Christ in us the hope of glory and boldness in the Holy Spirit.

Once a month we meet together for our equipping and discipleship evenings. This time is set aside for us to learn, grow and encourage one another in our life with Jesus.
